• Travel Fee- A $50 travel fee will be assesed if the event location is more than 50 minutes from Greensboro GA
  zip code 30642 within a 50 mile radius, please call for the travel fee for any location beyond 50 miles of
  greensboro ga.
• If there are any Event Parking Fees, such as parking garage, parking lot fee and/or valet - these fees will be
  added to the invoice (if parking is not validated.)
• We require Parking Instructions for unloading and loading equipment at the event venue 3 days prior to the
  event by email (Email address: Info@whirlwindmoments.com)
• At your event according to the package purchased we will provide at least 1 attendant to ensure a
  successful experience and to help with any questions you may have.
• Physical Space Requirements:

For an indoor event: We require a minimum of 10x10' space and two electrical outlets within 15 ft from the area.

For an outdoor event: We require a minimum of a 12x12’ area if there is access to electricity which must be within
15ft of the designated area or a 15x15’ area if we need to use an alternate electricity source.

Please be aware it is imperative that we are provided with a totally dry spot, on a Flat surface and protected
from high winds. These requirements are to ensure the safety of your guests as well as the safety of our
equipment.

We understand that the weather can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing a
suitable location for our setup.

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your desired date, time, and our services (retainer price is
  based on the package chosen). The remaining balance less the retainer will be due 7-DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
  WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR FINAL PAYMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS YOUR EVENT.
• Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before your event date, or you will be
  responsible for paying the full invoiced amount. If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know
  immediately to discuss options.
• Payment methods: American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle and Cash App. We do
  not accept checks
